By dividing parents using the formula who is most pleasing to the State and who is most likely to provide child support to the State, children are left with the divide and rule equation.
Family courts care less as to which parent can better meet the needs of the child. Instead they use the difference between the resources of the parent then forcefully tax the other parent, to achieve the outcome they desire. If the minority dad has the resources to care for his child but the mother doesnot, the court simply take resources from the dad to boost the apparent resource of the mother in order to make her acceptable for the theories of the court.
In most cases family courts targets the father for Child support and designs a frame work to give custody and residency to the mother. If you are a minority male, family court seem to view your role as being a cash cow for financial child support. Ignoring all other needs the child will have that parents look forward to providing.
Family court should be renamed family cut.
