BAR Associations attempt to eliminate AI use in law.

BAR Associations attempt to eliminate AI use in law.

CONSIDERING THE LEVEL OF MONOPOLY LAWYERS HAVE ON OUR LIVES AND THE BURDEN THEY HAVE PLACED ON OUR ABILITY TO RECEIVE ADEQUATE legal REPRESENTATION USING THE OVERBURDENED LEGAL SYSTEM AND THE COURTS, IT IS NO SUPRISE LAWYERS HAVE DECLARED WAR ON AI FROM ITS INCEPTION. THESE BAR ASSOCIATIONS ARE PROTECTING THEIR OWN.
EMS performs vital life saving work without direct supervision from doctors, certain category of nurses diagnose, treat and prescribed medications making health care assessible to patients and other fields operate by utilizing knowledge base personal in their respective fields. Lawyers are inclusive unto themselves. They fiercely protect their own, and by so doing manipulate the legal profession. They exploit paralegals and legal assistants using them as financial tools. There are law firms representing thousands of clients with hundreds of Paralegals and legal assistants and a handful of lawyers, about 500 paralegals and legal assistants to 6 lawyers. Get the picture? Yet inspite of the knowledge and experience these careers bring they are squeezed and isolated by big legal. Do you know one can complete law school with a JD but cannot provide legal advise to his or her family?
AI will bring relief to those of us that want a more legally equal system. if anyone believes a one man law firm can provide adequate representation to a client in any case is grossly mistaken. JD's and qualified Paralegals, should be allowed to provide legal service in areas of specialty without being members of State BARS, or be given access to limited practice by their BAR.
With continued control of the legal system by a limited professional specialty, the masses are deprived legal representation. AI places fear of distributed justice in the legal profession an LAWYERS as a whole.
GOOD NEWS! THE TRAIN HAS LEFT THE STATION. THERE IS NO TURNING BACK, Lawyers cannot stop the explosion of AI there is judicial relief at the end of the tunnel thanks to AI.

Lawyers brain storming about effects of AI influence on their profession.
