25 1 THE COURT: I find the Court has 2 jurisdiction over this matter. I find that the marriage 3 is insupportable because of discord and conflict of 4 personalities. Further, I'm granting judgment to the 5 counter-petitioner against the counter-respondent on the 6 grounds of adultery and cruelty.

 I am appointing the 7 counter-petitioner as the sole managing conservator and 8 the counter-respondent as the possessor conservator 9 with a standard possession order.
